His career has been built through creating and delivering his own developments, taking projects from early concept and feasibility through to construction and completion.
David has worked extensively within international construction companies, gaining valuable experience and operating across different regulatory and commercial environments. Alongside project delivery, David has supported multiple businesses in establishing and strengthening their construction operations.
Head of business operations
Lisa Haynes is a senior operations and administration professional within the development and construction sector. She leads the day-to-day running of the office and manages all office-based staff and functions.
Lisa oversees planning applications and coordinates the discharge of planning conditions across projects. She works closely with consultants and local authorities to ensure compliance and progress. Her disciplined, detail-driven approach ensures efficiency and consistency across the business.
Executive Assistant
Rosie is a central part of the United Maintenance team, serving as Executive Assistant and ensuring the smooth running of all office operations. She oversees documentation, manages day-to-day office activities, and supports facilities coordination, keeping everything organised and on track behind the scenes.
Rosie plays a key role in supporting projects by coordinating information, maintaining clear communication, and assisting wherever needed to keep things running efficiently. With a proactive approach, strong organisational skills, and a keen eye for detail, she is an invaluable support to both the office and site teams.
Site Foreman
A key member of the United Maintenance team, Martin oversees all on site operations, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Responsible for coordinating trades, managing daily activities, and maintaining project timelines, they play a vital role in keeping projects running smoothly.
Acting as the main link between site and office, they provide clear updates and ensure effective communication throughout. With a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a practical approach to problem solving, they are a dependable presence on every project.
Procurement
Roxie is a valued member of the United Maintenance team, bringing strong procurement experience within the construction sector. She has a solid commercial mindset and a proven ability to source materials efficiently, negotiate competitive pricing, and support projects from start to finish.
