From the initial plan to the installation date, our qualified team will ensure the process from start to finish is performed with high communication skills along with advanced management expertise to provide you with peace of mind with your project.
From the first point of contact you will be assigned an expert designer who will work alongside you and your visions to create your initial mood board with selected styles and designs you would like to add within your project. This initial stage will allow you to view our range in more detail and get to know the designer who will be managing your project.
Once the initial planning has been completed, the team will schedule a site visit to understand the space in more detail if required. The finalised plans will include the selected range and style alongwith the appliance specification and any other details included within your plan. The final plans will then be ready for approval.
Once your kitchen plans have been approved and every detail is to your satisfaction, your assigned designer will then pass your project over to the installation team who will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of your kitchen is efficent and time schedules are maintained. During this process your assigned designer and installation manager will be on hand if you have any queiries in the mean-time before the delivery date.
Once delivery has been made, the installation manager will check that everything that has been manufactured for your project has arrived on site. Once this has been completed our fit out team will arrive to site and install your kitchen including any additional features that has been incorporated within your design. Once installation Is completed, your installation manager will go to site to have a final check and ensure no works are outstanding and the finish is to our standard. Your designer will then get in contact with you to assure you are satisfied with the finish of your project before sign off.
